Caveat: No matter how great your product or service, and your guarantee, you will always have some people ask for a refund. It’s just the nature of the business. But, having a long guarantee and the extra sales which will be generated, will far outweigh the number of people asking for a refund during a longer guarantee window. If you have a great product, you should never be afraid of offering a guarantee. You’re only hurting your sales.
