My ideas on guarantees may surprise you.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Caveat:<\/em> No matter how great your product or service, and your guarantee, you will always have some people ask for a refund. It&#8217;s just the nature of the business. But, having a long guarantee and the extra sales which will be generated, will far\u00a0outweigh the number of people asking for a refund during a longer guarantee\u00a0window.\u00a0If you have a great product, you should never be afraid of offering a guarantee. You&#8217;re only hurting your sales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As always, thanks for taking the time to stop by my blog.
